At ALQUEMA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

  Ship to ALQUEMA

  Affix the provided return label or send your package via a trackable postal service to our warehouse address provided in the return authorization.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days.
